Position Summary
The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of training and learning opportunities for employees. Through education and monitoring, the Analyst must ensure the Agency training program is in compliance with provincial and other legislative requirements. The Analyst provides centralized support to the Agency on learning and supports the stewardship of the Agency’s annual training budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role and in the administration of learning programs.
- Experience with a Learning Management System.
- An equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training may be considered as appropriate.
