As **Product Specialist** you **will be responsible for**:
Welcoming customers and actively listen to understand their needs
Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customers needs.
Create an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
Prospect through referrals and other creative approaches.
Set and achieve targeted sales goals
Gain and demonstrate superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
Transition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
Overall provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.
**The Qualifications**:
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact

Prior sales experience preferred but not required
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Meticulous organization and follow-up skills
Demonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workload
Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
Valid driver's license
