**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Help manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including content creation and scheduling.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using analytics tools to gather data and insights.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing role or internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and web analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development skills.
- Understanding of content marketing and copywriting.
