We are seeking highly experienced Red Seal Carpenters who want to be a part of a team that takes custom building to the next level.

Job Summary:

- Red Seal certification with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience from start to finish on custom residential homes
- Proficiency in architectural forming, framing, and finishing.
- Extensive knowledge of BC building code and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Capability to work independently and lead small groups of carpenters.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Must have a vehicle and valid BC driver's license.
- Minimum high school diploma required.
- Proven min 10 years experience in custom residential (pl supply photos)
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction purposes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must live in Greater Vancouver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
