WE ARE HIRING: FULL-TIME SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Oshawa

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)

Availability: On-call on weekends

Join Expert Cleaners Inc. as a Full-Time Superintendent

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage the daily operations of a residential building in Oshawa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily building inspections and maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common areas.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with garbage disposal and recycling as per regulations.
- Monitor and enforce building rules and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs or services.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.

**Requirements**:
Valid work documents.

Access to a reliable vehicle.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
