Live-in Superintendent

A luxury high-rise condominium in Oshawa is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in Building Superintendent to provide the maintenance, cleaning, safety, and daily operations of our building. This role is responsible for ensuring the building is well-maintained, safe, and functional, while also serving as the primary point of contact for residents' maintenance requests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to equipment/building malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify potential issues.
- Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
- Maintain a clean and tidy building and common areas.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in building maintenance and/or as a building superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
