Reporting to the Vice-President Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary, the incumbent will be responsible for developing the structure, directing the work and supporting the implementation of our ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategies, initiatives and reports.

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Establish and lead the organization's ESG committee and coordinate actions to ensure compliance and progress of ESG initiatives;
- Develop, implement and monitor ESG strategies and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values;
- Contribute to the creation of key indicators and the identification of ESG objectives, and monitor them;
- Conduct research and business intelligence on emerging ESG trends, regulations and best practices;
- Participate in efforts to raise awareness and communicate the company's ESG initiatives and performance to internal and external stakeholders;
- Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of ESG-related partnerships, certifications and memberships.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- University degree in an appropriate field of expertise (Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Finance, etc.);
- 6 to 9 years' experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated experience in project management of corporate impact initiatives;
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and trends in ESG, sustainable development and responsible business practices. - Intellectual curiosity about trends and developments in ESG practices.
- Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Fluency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with suppliers and Master employees based in our Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes offices, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local Montreal and Ottawa offices).
