**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company policies
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control measures
- Implement and maintain hotel policies to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Handle phone etiquette professionally when communicating with guests and vendors
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Prior experience with human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services procedures
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
