Residential Home Construction Site Coordinator with a minimum of 1 years experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all trades and managing the daily on-site activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This individual must be able to obtain material and trade pricing and read architectural drawings.

The functions of this role include but are not limited to the following duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and monitor the daily progress of the construction schedule.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with trade contractors, consultants & inspectors.
- Inspect trade contractor work to ensure it meets performance and quality standards.
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager
- Conduct weekly site meetings.
- Ability to visualize the entire project and anticipate issues and embed solutions in the plans/schedules.
- Layouts as required.
- Responsibility for site safety and for enforcing Ministry of Labour regulations and Company's' Construction Safety policy.
- Role reports to senior management.
- Must be able to physically work to complete task not under the direct contract of sub contractors
- This individual must be willing to perform some labour duties.

Qualifications**:A minimum of 1 years of construction supervision experience with a degree in Architecture, Project Management or Construction Management. **Ability to undertake a construction project from breaking ground to handover.
- Building Technology Certificate holder considered an asset.
- Supervision certification an asset.
- Familiarity with MS Project an asset.
- Estimating experience is considered an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license, is legally entitled to work and drive in Canada
- Must be able to read and thoroughly understand all drawing categories including but not limited to architectural, mechanical, electrical & structural.
- Must have current knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legislations.
- Ability to work flex hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and hardworking.
- Independent and proficient in problem resolution.
- Must have basic computer skills.
