**Your job**
- Perform the process of posting, prescreaning, telephone interviews (auxiliary functions and executives)
- Be upstream of the needs of the sector and set up action plans to ensure the completion of training courses for our customer contact centers
- Nurturing talent pools by building lasting relationships
- Participate in the BNC's outreach and identify potential profiles
- Contribute to the improvement of co-development processes and activities
**Your team**
The client contact center acquisition team is based in downtown Montreal (hybrid) and focuses on the recruitment of agents, advisors and several customer contact center positions.
**Required competencies**:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or university certificate related to the sector of activity
- Experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources
- Inclusive attitude and respectful of differences
- In-depth knowledge of the job market and creation of talent pools
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English
**Preferred competencies**:
- Knowledge of customer contact centers
- Interest in teamwork, curiosity and thirst for learning
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data
