As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is to support the recruitment team through various administrative and operational tasks entrusted in you._

CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Perform administrative processes related to recruitment and the needs of the Talent Acquisition team.- Coordinate background verifications through an external supplier.
- Coordinate recruitment events in collaboration with Talent Acquisition advisors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a coordinator or human resources role
- Autonomy and takes initiative
- Ability to adapt easily
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Capacity for organization and priority management
- Have a sense of urgency and be action-oriented- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
- Experience with Workday, an asset
