**Position Overview**:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of projects to ensure smooth progress from conception to completion
- Supervise team members and provide constructive feedback -to ensure continuous skill set improvement
- Able to build strong relationships with subcontractor partners, clients and team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulations to complete construction projects safely, and up to building code
- Plan, organize and determine the necessary equipment, materials, and team members needed for best efficiency of each project
- Regularly communicate with clients on project status
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Ensure quality construction standard
**Who You Are**:
- Proven experience as Construction Manager, Site(s) supervisor, Project manager or equivalent position
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Extremely self-motivated and committed to achieving results
- Ability to multi-task with an ability to flex to meet company and client needs
- Outstanding communication and people skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Must be comfortable being hands on and willing to put boots to the ground when necessary
- Experience in all aspects of construction activities including proposals, negotiating, estimating, scheduling, job-costing and construction management
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Willing to work hard with frequent long hours
