**Duties**:

- Service and Repairs on Plumbing Systems
- Service and Repairs on Furnaces and Boilers
- Installation of Hot Water Tanks
- Installation of Hot Water on Demands
- Installation of Boilers
- Repair of Water Leaks - residential and commercial
- Service & Repairs of Gas Fireplaces
- Installation of Sinks, Tubs and Toilets
- Rough-in and finishing for small-large renovation projects
- Renovation/Restoration work
- Drain Cleaning
- Hydrojetting
- Running Gas Lines and Hook up of Gas Fixtures

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman plumber/gasfitter certification
- Minimum 8 Years Experience
- Strong command of the English Language
- Availability to work weekends and evenings / Participate in On-Call roster for 24/7 emergency Service)
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other trades
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and flexibility
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Ability to Install Furnaces considered an asset, but not required
- Backflow Testing capabilities considered an asset, but not required
