Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients, including cuts, colors, and updos
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Use excellent communication skills to explain the services and products offered
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to increase sales and revenue
- Manage the front desk, answering phones, and greeting clients
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a retail environment
- Strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and an understanding of how to upsell and cross-sell products
- Skilled Trades Ontario Certificate of Qualification

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to sanitize and maintain a clean workspace
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and products
- Experience in retail sales and front desk management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support to other stylists
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling products and services
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful hairstyles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $74,510.96 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
