**Position Summary**

At **Our Value Insulation**, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier insulation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The **Site Supervisor** will play a critical role in managing day-to-day activities on insulation project sites. You’ll be responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in insulation or construction environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise insulation installation teams on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company and industry standards
- Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
- Maintain daily project logs, site reports, and materials tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Train and mentor crew members as needed

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in insulation, construction, or a related trade
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various environments and lift 50+ lbs as needed
- OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
