Sales Representative, Parts and Service

Responsible for selling parts and service including preventive maintenance (PM) programs, telemetry systems, minor and major repairs, upgrading electrical panels, etc., on all generator sets and accessories sold by the Energy Division.
- Responds to requests for proposal and prepares quotation accordingly.
- Manages and covers a territory connected to the branch (prospecting and updating data on customers listing).
- Works closely with the dispatcher and the foreman on site to plan the job appropriately.
- Maintains a close collaboration with the Sales Department and the After-Sales Service Department of the Energy Division, in order to maximize selling and representation efforts.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience combined with a minimum two (2) years experience in work related business
- Bilingualism (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of MS Office software and SAP
- Experience and knowledge in generator sets, diesel motors, electrical equipment and programmable logic controller
- Experience in selling parts and service for the type of products concerned (asset)
- Strong sense of sales, planning and customer service
- Motivated, receptive, dynamic and autonomous
