**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a **welcoming and professional dining experience**
- Take accurate **food and beverage orders** and enter them into POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining **service quality standards**
- Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Ensure **table cleanliness, setup, and presentation**
- Process payments accurately and manage **cash and POS transactions**
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure **timely service**
- Follow **food safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards**
- Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure **customer satisfaction**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Restaurant Server, Food Server, or Waiter/Waitress**
- Strong knowledge of **food and beverage service procedures**
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced hospitality environment**
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **hotels, restaurants, cafés, or fine dining establishments**
- Familiarity with **POS systems and order management software**
- Smart Serve or equivalent **food and alcohol service certification**
- Availability to work **flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays**
