The goal of the Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French/English) is to go the distance to make our customers happy. The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms, quickly assessing the situation and actioning on a solution that will ensure all customers are happy with their experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master the internal systems to problem-solve and optimize the customer experience using best practices and processes.
- Provide knowledgeable follow-up and offer solutions to customers regarding requests and pricing.
- Plan and execute production orders/sales orders and confirm production reports
- Collect and analyze production data to be relayed to the customer.
- Work cross-functionally with team members in Graphics, Sales Production and Estimating, to improve the entire customer journey.
- Effectively work through issues that impact multiple teams and determine the appropriate solution.

**Hours**:

- Must be available to work full time hours onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

- Bradford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
