We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive/Floor Manager to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive/Floor Manager, you will be responsible for directing a team in selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Upsell and cross-sell vehicles, accessories, and financing options to customers
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Guiding your team to conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals
- Utilize sales management tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and generate reports

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing and financing purposes
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, models, features, and specifications
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service principles
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
