Under the direction of Supervisors you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including set up, pouring, leveling and the use manual tools as well. **Responsibilities**
- Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
- Working in accordance with Bradbosh policies and procedures as well as being open to learn new things

**Basic/Required Qualification**
- **Valid Driver’s License **will be given preference and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract
- Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to concrete finishing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
- Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Required Qualifications**
- Skid steer and other landscape machinery experience
- Setup, install and check formwork framing system
- Pouring, leveling, filling voids, remove defects to complete flatwork tasks
- Leveling, sealing, waterproofing, cure and finishing on concrete surfaces
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic
- Valid Class 5 license
- Ability to drive truck and trailer an asset

**Working Conditions/Physical Demands**
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Cold weather, on-call during winter months
- Physically Demanding position
- Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
- Repetitive Motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
