- Proven experience as a bartender in various settings.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle cash transactions.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prepare and set up event materials and equipment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of events by providing exceptional customer service.
- Address the needs of attendees and promptly resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall success of the event.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Other event-related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the event industry or customer service (an asset).
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle unexpected situations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift heavy loads when necessary.

**Additional information**:

- This is a freelance position, and you may be required to work irregular hours based on event schedules.
- Reliable transportation may be necessary to travel to various event locations.
