Inforce Case Coordinator

Barrington Wealth Partners Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Case Coordinator for our Inforce department. Barrington Wealth is an Insurance Company located in Lower Sackville with a fast paced work environment.

5 days a week Monday to Friday.

**Duties**:

- Data Entry - Strong computer skills and very detail orientated for data entry work using our CRM
- The workload will very from day to day - adaptability will be a huge asset
- Reporting to the direct managers and providing team support as needed. We work in a constantly evolving setting and additional duties will be assigned as needed.

**Skills**:

- Problem Solving - Inforce is an ever changing department - problem solving and the ability to research will be a strong asset
- Strong people skills - you must be resourceful, decisive and hold yourself accountable
- Team player - you are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships. You will be working closely with leaders within the company, so ability to communicate, willingness to take on projects and having an upbeat attitude will be a huge asset.
- Responsiveness - you have the ability to prioritize and commit to agreed upon time frames.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, DocuSign.

Job Details: We are currently offering a 12 month contract position with the potential to extend.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
