**Customer Service Associate**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and sales-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, completing sales pitches, and ensuring that vehicles are processed in a timely and safe manner. **Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash package
- Perform
- Regular cleanings of car wash equipment, floors, walls, and parking lot
- Operate car wash equipment and machinery
- Perform pre-wash inspections to identify any damages or special requirements
- Ensure safe operation of car wash equipment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with hand tools is a plus

**Job Types**:

**Salary**:

- $16.55-$19.00 per hour

**Expected hours**:

- No more than 40 per week
