**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge and experience in framing or panel manufacturing.
- Experienced in handling lumber and able to effectively check for quality and defects.
- Ensures the product is manufactured to precise specifications.
- Experienced in reading blueprints and interpreting them for accurate production of wall panels.
- Familiar with safety and cleaning protocols on production lines, machinery, and equipment.
- Effectively completes machinery and equipment inspections.
- Ensure all activities are recorded and logs are up to date through production software.
- Uses various hand tools to perform tasks, such as measuring tapes, fastening devices, hammers, etc.

**Forklift Operation**:

- Completes circle checks and inspections.
- Effectively moves and organizes work-in-progress material based on production schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wall panel fabrication
- Forklift operation
- Accurately read shop drawings
- Lifting and handling materials
- Quality control
- Experience in framing considered an asset

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the construction industry considered an asset
- Experience using construction related tools considered an asset
- Able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum lift requirement of 66 lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
