Growing Specialty Cleaning Company in Durham Region is looking for experienced **Senior Cleaning Technicians** to join our fast-growing family The position is permanent and full time. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that fits well with our team’s dynamics and company culture. **We will consider training individuals with the right assets and attitude.**

**We are looking to hire a full-time Cleaning Technician who**:

- Has experience in cleaning carpets, tile, upholstery, fabric and area rugs, duct cleaning
- Has a positive attitude and has amazing interpersonal skills.
- Speaks and writes English fluently.
- Is detailed oriented and doesn’t mind some repetitious work
- Is flexible in working hours
- _Has own vehicle and have a good driving record (this is a must)._
- Be able to drive and operate a large truck mounted vehicle
- This is a physically demanding job; some heavy lifting will be required (up to 80 lbs.)
- Excels in the highest level of customer service and communication skills.
- Preferably lives in the Durham Region or nearby. (Must drive to head office in Brooklin every day)

**Considered an asset (not required)**:

- Those with professional certifications (IICRC) will be given priority.
- First Aid/ WHIMS
- Some mechanical experience
- Flooring installation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
