**About the company**

The Character Nest is a talent agency for all things mascots. We improve companies' mascot programs by matching skilled artisans with our clients. We provide a list of services and we need your talents. This includes mainly mascot performers but also it could include, mascot makers, Illustrators/designers, and marketers. The Caracter Nest will help you do what you love in this fun and exciting industry.

**Being a mascot performer**

We are looking for skilled mascot performers to embody our clients' costumed characters and make them spring to life. Work will be provided on a per-needs basis. This could range from doing single events to a contract for a season depending on your availability. Please attach a reel or video demonstrating what you can do.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting the contact provided
- Read/listen to the brief for the event or game
- Learn any dances or scripts
- Perform in the mascot costume and stay in character
- Any other special requests specific to your unique talents

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid license and means of transportation
- Previous experience as a mascot performer
- Be in fit condition and able to withstand heat
- 18 years or older
- Available on various weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Work Location: In person
