**Overview**

Advance Physiotherapy is soon opening its clinic in London, ON.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible to market the services provided by the clinic to community, local physicians and attorneys.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- **Building relationships**: Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with physicians, walk-in clinics, attorneys and other clinical groups
- **Improving communication**: Bridging the gap between referring doctors and specialists to improve communication and patient care
- **Increasing referrals**: Working to increase referrals and gain market share
- **Analyzing relationships**: Assessing how physicians feel about their relationship with the clinic and analyzing the success of referral patient care
- **Communicating new options**: Sharing new options to improve the clinic-physician relationship
- **Collecting data**: Recording data from care and patient satisfaction surveys to better understand patient experiences
- **Leading marketing**: Leading outbound and inbound marketing efforts, developing strategic marketing plans, and organizing marketing materials
- **Tracking activity**: Tracking activity to be accountable for time and effort toward gaining referrals
- **Maintaining a database**: Maintaining a database of physicians and offices visited
- **Escalating issues**: Escalating issues to the Supervisor as necessary

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.18 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
