Edmonton, Canada Computerized Autopro Full time

We are looking to add to our team an experienced service advisor. Responsibilites include greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. It will also include ordering parts, dispatching, set up loaner cars and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personalized, face-to-face, online, and by phone interactions with customers and scheduling the next appointment consistently for every vehicle, each time
- Respond to calls regarding service inquiries and accurately schedule appointments and enter appointments/notes into database and scheduling the next appointment consistently for every vehicle, and keep customers informed of vehicle service progress
- Up-front selling of services
- Effectively collect and communicate necessary information and concerns from client to technician. Communicating any additional maintenance needs to customers and work closely with the automotive technician and client to inform, educate, and advise on technical issues that need to be addressed on the maintenance and repair of their vehicle
- Collection of customer information and consistent updating of information
- Provide helpful information (education) to the client about their repairs and service needs
- Develop & maintain positive / professional relationships with suppliers
- Maintain a clean and tidy and professional personal workstation
- Customer payment management
- Dispatch of current work and organization of technicians
- Courtesy vehicle scheduling
- Tire storage organizationGreeting customers
- Replying to online inquiries through the website
- Handle payment transactions and daily reconciliation
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of or ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated
- Able to professionally manage customer reviews
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- The ability effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Ability to work under pressure
- Protractor skills is an asset
- BoltOn Technoogy skills is an asset
- Must have a valid drivers license

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
