**Job description**

Do you have recruitment experience and are looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced environment? We are currently looking for a bilingual HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for high-volume recruitment for our parking positions in Ottawa and Montreal.

**What you will be doing**:

- Pursue and maintain the talent strategy to recruit in high-volume for unionized and non-union parking positions
- Manage the recruitment request, conduct needs analysis with the hiring managers, and post the positions
- Continuously maintain a posting strategy that promotes the attraction of talent
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Talent Acquisition Team
- Organize recruitment events to promote the company brand
- Prioritize the continuous improvement of our processes and talent attraction tools
- Participate in various projects such as building the Indigo brand, enhancing the career site, building our social media, etc.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, industrial relations, or any related field
- Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates at the same time and establish priorities
- A strong team player who can work independently and with the team
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
- Professional with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
