**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Sales Business Development Manager** for a full-time, hybrid position with JML North America. In this role, you will lead the growth and management of key accounts and new business opportunities across North America and Europe.
You will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. A thorough understanding of our product offerings and a passion for the industry are essential for success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the achievement of sales goals and exceed performance targets aligned with JML’s strategic direction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of leads and accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide detailed product guidance.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and proactively assess client needs.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks to ensure all project deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Background in the têxtile industry is **required**.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of initiative and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
