- The opportunity
- Obsessed with helping our clients experience all that CWB has to offer - the Cash Management Relationship Manager Role is a non lending role, responsible for proactively driving the sale of cash management products, services, and deposits, by building & fostering a portfolio of diversified full-service business commercial clients under $10MM, in a specified geographical market. This individual contributor role is primarily passionate about proactively sourcing new-to-bank client relationships. This is done through active prospecting, earning referrals from existing clients and working with members in our other lines of business as an active member of the branch deal team
- Relationship Manager, Cash Management_ retains a non-lending portfolio of existing clients and is responsible for growing that existing branch client relationship (“80% franchising”), by identifying referrals to colleagues in other lines of business and collaborating with them to create meaningful full-service relationships.
- What your day will look like
- Client Centric. Deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction and follow through on plans to continuously build the client experience, in line with CWB’s brand promise. Provide full-service solutions for clients with the view to be every client’s primary financial partner
- Sales. Undertake dedicated sales activities, including proactive prospecting and regular communication with existing clients, to help with annual deposit, cash management growth and offering full-service cash management solutions to business owners.
- Networking. Coordinating and participating in regular branch activities with the business banking team while growing your network to help drive growth of.
- Learning. Although you’ve developed a strong banking foundation, you are always identifying trends and growing your knowledge on your next client or business area to achieve ultimate success and strong results from you and your team.
