Why This Role Matters

As a Cash Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial engine running smoothly. Your work ensures that every transaction is accurate and timely—helping us maintain strong relationships with our dealers and partners. You'll also step in to support colleagues during vacations and greet visitors with a warm smile. This role requires strong analytical thinking to interpret data and solve problems, and a customer service mindset to deliver exceptional support to internal teams and dealers.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in posting incoming EFTs, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
  • Prepare monthly auto-debit letters for our dealer network.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow reports to support decision-making.
  • Support invoicing and accounts payable processes.
  • Provide vacation coverage for team members and assist with reception duties, including welcoming guests and directing visitors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and meet deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume/fast paced finance/AR cash posting experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Accurate keyboarding skills including use of numeric keyboard pad with an ability to sustain keyboarding/typing at minimum average of 50WPM.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting is considered an asset
  • Bilingual in French is considered an asset

Location

This position is primarily based out of our Corporate Head Office, located in the Campbell Heights/South Surrey area. Our current practice allows for work from home 1 day per week, as operations permit, for all Corporate employees. This arrangement is a discretionary perk and may be modified or discontinued at any time based on business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
