Bright Tikes Preschool and Daycare Inc has vacancy for a certified ECE II who enjoys working with infants.
Required:
- ECE Level II certification
- recent CPR First Aid Training Certificate
- clear criminal record and child abuse registry less than 3 months old
Desired: Knowledge of Reggio Emilio approach and experience with children age 1-2 in a daycare setting.
Job Duties
- Assist in planning and preparing activities (i.e., Learning Centers, curriculum implementation, art projects, story time)
- Assist as needed with decorating, reorganizing, and keeping the classroom refreshed and relevant
- Monitor the development of each child
- Work with each child to promote their individual learning goals
- Keep classroom supplies and materials organized
- Lead classroom circle time
- Attend required staff meetings
- Embrace our philosophy, teaching style, and behavior management techniques
- Maintain open communication between parents
- Care for the needs of children
**Salary**: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
