Current OpportunitiesWe are hiring for the following role at our Winnipeg location:
Full-Time Level 2 Early Childhood Educator
Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to each child's developmental needs
Support children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth
Maintain accurate documentation and complete all health and safety checks
Assist with daily routines and classroom transitions
Collaborate with external specialists (e.g., Speech and Occupational Therapists)
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
Valid Manitoba Level 2 ECE License
Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
