**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Specialist overseeing Hedge Fund Capital Activity and Investor Reporting for funds on Innocap’s platform, your primary responsibilities will include:
**_ Coordinating Investor Capital Activity:_**
- Oversee investor subscription and redemption processes with internal stakeholders and external administrators.
- Ensure administrators prepare accurate and timely investor subscription/redemption notices and related supporting workpapers.
- Track significant investor-related information and key dates.

**_Managing Investor Reporting:_**
- Ensure timely delivery of investor reports, including understanding subscription, redemption, and fund legal documents (OM, LPAs, IMAs).

**_Implementing Internal and External Controls:_**
- Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of investor data.
- Oversee external controls at the fund administrator to maintain data integrity in reporting.

**_Coordinating Capital Calls:_**
- Lead the capital calls process by collaborating with external administrators and internal teams.
- Coordinate timing, address inquiries, and collaborate with the fund’s board.
- Ensure the receipt of required documentation and resolve discrepancies.

**PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Higher education in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Strong understanding of hedge fund structures and financial instruments.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in investment reporting.
- Experience with fund legal documents (OM, LPAs, IMAs) and a strong understanding of the capital call process, including investor commitments, drawdowns, and fund distributions, as well as subscription and redemption mechanisms
- Analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to meticulously review financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly to ensure the accuracy of Fund investor reports.
- Solid communication and project management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, fund investors, external administrators, and hedge fund managers.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet reporting deadlines and effectively coordinate tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive investor information.
