**Job Title**: Clinical Trainer Lead (Part-Time)
**Location**: Quebec (Remote with travel as needed)
**Hours**:Part-Time - 24 hours/week (flexible schedule)**

**Reports To**: 50% Head of Quebec Operations | 50% National Clinical Director
**Language Requirements**: Bilingual - Strong proficiency in French and English
**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a high-caliber **Clinical Trainer Lead** to join our Clinical team in a **part-time capacity**, serving as a key regional and educational resource in **Quebec**. This is a **non-contractor, payroll position** with consistent weekly hours (24 hours/week), providing stability and long-term integration within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the **dedicated part-time clinical and educational lead** for the Quebec region.
- Deliver **clinical training** and **product demonstrations** to prospective and existing partners, in both French and English.
- Validate clinical and marketing materials to ensure **technical and educational accuracy** and **regional relevance**.
- Support and co-lead **webinars, masterclasses**, and **in-person education sessions**, with the goal of progressing to a lead facilitator.
- Be the **consistent point of contact** for Quebec partners for all clinical-related inquiries and ongoing support.
- Provide insight into **Quebec’s clinical landscape**, including training needs and partner expectations.
- Collaborate closely with both the **Head of Quebec Operations** and the **National Clinical Director** to ensure consistent communication, performance evaluation, and alignment on clinical initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual**:Fluent in French** (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Minimum of **3-5 years of experience** in **medical aesthetics**, **nursing**, or **laser-based treatments**.
- Previous **training, coaching**, or **educational delivery** experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage flexible part-time hours, work independently, and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Technically confident and professional in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trusted clinical relationships.
