**Position overview**

Responsible for the overall management of tennis and pickleball related activities. Deliver excellent customer service experience to our members, program participants and other patrons. Must maintain a friendly, calm disposition and act professionally with a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enforce and adhere to existing polices and procedures.
- Plan, assign, coordinate and direct the activities of the staff / pros in cooperation with the immediate supervisor.
- Address conflicts that may arise.
- Manage memberships and booking systems.
- Inspect all courts for safety and quality, make improvements as needed.
- Monitor supplies and equipment, notify supervisor when replacements are needed.
- Inform supervisor of any positive or negative feedback regarding the physical facility, staff or public.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Review and follow-up on injury/incident reports.
- Ensure rainout line is current.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
- Excellent communications skills with high professionalism.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Tennis Facility experience or similar complex.
- Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- 3 to 5 years of management experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
