- Process sales transactions accurately using the Shopify POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries promptly.
- Support store promotions and assist in merchandising displays.
- Ensure all work is performed in a punctual and dependable manner.

**Experience**
- Previous retail experience is an asset, particularly in a sporting goods environment.
- Strong knowledge of ice hockey equipment, fitting, and usage is required.
