We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser.

- Salary at $23/hour
- Monthly automobile allowance starting at $325/month
- Annual Performance bonus of up to $750 per year
- Cell phone allowance of $30/month;
- Flexible schedule: 7.5 hours/week
- Work on the road as an independent contractor

**Responsibilities**
- Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory
- Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets
- Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions
- Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)
- Participate in merchandising plans
- Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores
- Manage own territory and customer meetings
- Establish positive relationships with customers
- Complete daily reports via the mobile app
- Cover mainly gas stations and convenience stores in the territory

**Qualifications & Required Skills**
- Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to submit daily reports
- Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required
- Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift
- Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection
