The Retail Sales Merchandiser drives sales and brand awareness for our client’s products at major retail locations in an outgoing, friendly manner. You will provide best in class customer service by engaging and educating the customers on their next purchase of some of the leading brands in retail. Things To Consider:This role involves representing reputable brands at major grocery and convenience retailers.You’ll be part of a regional team with an assigned territory, so reliable transportation is required.Most work takes place Monday to Friday, dayshiftsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay 17.00 - $18.00 per hourPaid training and ongoing developmentFlexible scheduling and independence in your workdayOpportunities to grow within a national merchandising network What You’ll Do:Represent Reputable brands with professionalism and strong attention to detail at every visitEnsure planogram compliance, accurate pricing, and correct product placement across all assigned storesMaintain shelves, rotate stock for freshness, and process returns for unsellable productsBuild and maintain displays to support promotions and seasonal launchesLook for opportunities to increase sales, such as securing additional placements or encouraging store ordersCommunicate with store staff and management to strengthen relationships and share feedbackComplete reports, timesheets, and recaps accurately and on timeMonitor competitors’ activity and share relevant insights with your supervisorPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Able to lift up to 50 lbs as neededComfortable working in fast-paced retail environmentsQualifications: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experienceExperience in retail, client, or food broker preferredAbility to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionBasic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usageStrong written and verbal communication skills If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to learn more about you.
