Use your knowledge of and experience with workflow design principles to create complex workflows that can handle a variety of business scenarios. Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes to continuously improve service delivery and optimize user experience **Create**: Design and configure Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Finance and Operations) and PowerApps solutions: Based on the business design, configure Dynamics 365 and PowerApps solutions, including entities, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
