Johnson Service Group is looking for a talented and self-motivated **Credit Analyst **to join our Accounts Receivable team.

As the Credit Analyst you will understand and interpret financials and other key data to determine credit worthiness and overall financial stability of potential and existing customers.

You will also provide support to the Accounts Receivable (AR) Analysts managing Tier 1 business accounts to maximize timely payments and minimize deductions.

**What You’ll Work On**
- Responsible for review & analysis of all customer accounts, as well as preparation of reporting with only minimum supervision and technical guidance. These tasks may include:

- Review underwriting data and recommend credit exposure for new customers.
- Various Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as well as ability to provide ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Review/analyze/update credit risk class and credit exposure on a regular basis per company policy to identify accounts that pose potential collection issues for the Company in the future
- Preparation of reporting packages including but not limited to: Monthly listing of ineligible accounts for ABL facility, DSO trend reporting, monthly summary of credit checks completed by business unit, etc.
- Create and distribute ad-hoc reports to assist management and Accounts Receivable Analysts to see trends, issues, and other related analytics to assist in the overall collection efforts.
- Research and provide explanation & commentary for any audit, reporting follow-ups, and/or any other ad-hoc requests that come from the various divisions and management.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Experience with creating, implementing, and maintaining processes
- Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Requires strong attention to details
- Requires strong technical, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills that can interact with all levels of management in a dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- GP Dynamics 2018 knowledge or similar important.
- Credit Business Associate (CBA) designation desirable.
