**Qualifications**:

- Knows, and feels called to the Messianic Faith
- Strong personal relationship with Yeshua (Jesus Christ) as evidenced by spiritual maturity and a close, consistent walk with Him
- Demonstrates a heart for youth and young adults
- Previous Experience in youth or young adult ministry is preferred
- Has one of University/Bible College/Seminary degree or its equivalent in theological studies and/or youth ministry (recommended but not required)
- Clearly understands and agrees with the basic doctrines of the Christian Faith and the beliefs and practices of our congregation as outlined in the Beth Shechinah constitution
- Possess strong leadership skills with both staff and volunteers
- Engaging speaker
- Ability to be flexible, adapt to change and demonstrate calmness under pressure
- Relational and able to coach and mentor leaders in an Ephesians 4:12 ministry environment
- Understands the needs and challenges of young people
- Supportive team player and builder who can work in a multi-staff setting, and work independently
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
