Cilantro and Chive is an independently owned & operated restaurant located in the heart of downtown Lacombe and in south Red Deer.

We service guests from all over Central Alberta and beyond, and are a popular spot for fresh simple eats, epic craft beverages, and a fun environment

To keep pace with the growth of our business, we are looking to add to our SERVICE team
- Tip-sharing of all gratuities to our tip pool for every employee, averaging an extra $7-$9/hour in tips on top of base wage dependent on position
- Online scheduling through 7 shifts : focused on great communication and work/life balance

- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with extensive customer service experience and food service experience
- Ages 18+ please, pro-serve certification required
- Consistent weekend and evening availability required, with flexible scheduling
- Service positions include (but not limited to); running the front door and managing reservations, packaging/processing takeout orders, cleaning and sanitizing, table-side service, mixing drinks, taking food to tables and more

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
