**Job description**

Discover Banff Tours is looking for a property management/maintenance extraordinaire to look after our three staff accommodation properties in Banff. We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience with property management/dealing with tenants
- Lives locally and happy to be on call for emergencies
- Has experience in a maintenance or similar role

Primarily your role will be:

- Scheduling check ins for new residents
- Scheduling move-outs and inspections for leaving tenants
- Managing tenants breaking rules/evictions
- Weekly checks of all properties
- Performing maintenance on the properties
- Some light landscaping

This role would ideally suit someone who is already working in a similar role and wishes to add an extra property to their schedule.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
