**Required Qualifications**:

Strong knowledge of emergency medical services in a complex environment. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, paramedicine, or a related field. Minimum of five years of leadership experience in EMS. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proven skills in operational management, strategic planning, and staff engagement.
