**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for ice cream and other frozen desserts.
- Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality products.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders accurately.
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cashiering practices.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes related to ice cream making.

**Now Hiring: Ice Cream Team Members (Full-time & Part-time)**

Do you have a bright smile and a knack for making people feel welcome? As an Ice Cream Team Member, you'll be the face of our shop, serving up delicious treats and ensuring everyone has a fantastic visit.

**Responsibilities**
- Scoop and prepare a variety of delicious ice cream cones, sundaes, and milkshakes.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions with a friendly attitude.
- Engage with customers, especially our younger guests, in a positive and welcoming way.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety standards.
- Help manage inventory and restock supplies.
- Supervise and interact with children in our dedicated 12-and-under game area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable play experience.
