**Resinate Exotic Furniture** has an opening for a Woodworking Supervisor, this role is for someone who has supervising experience and is willing to grow with a company which is currently expanding in North America. We will provide you with state-of-the-art equipment and the proper training to make you feel integrated in our team. Our manufacturing operators are on the front lines of our success, and you will perform a variety of different woodworking tasks.

The daily tasks include (but are not limited to):

- Supervise woodworkers in the craft, repair, restoration, and designing of furniture and related projects.
- Follow guidelines on premade templates and/or written instructions for projects.
- Train new employees & help them integrate.
- Schedule, assign, and plan the work of woodworkers
- Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
- Estimate material and labor.
- Inform employee of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, construction codes, and the like.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience as a supervisor
- Good math and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
- Ability to speak French is a plus.
- Having a driving license is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize Safety in the workshop
