**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Parts Operations Administrator** to join our team in **Coquitlam, BC**. In this role, you will work closely with the Parts Administration team to ensure prompt and accurate vendor return processing and timely receipt of products.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Parts Operations Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage purchase orders and perform data entry in Microsoft AX ERP system
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address order challenges, delays, and backorders
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders
- Reduce inbound costs through order consolidation and vendor freight strategies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Parts department and related business processes

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- At least one year of administrative and/or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Post-secondary education in business, operations or a related discipline is an asset

The base pay range for this role is: $44,600 to $49,500 annually, depending on experience.

This is a **hybrid** role based in **Coquitlam, BC**. Please note that after the first 3 months of employment, work can be performed from home three days per week.
