Our versatile blow and injection molding facility is backed by more than 25 years of experience in development, production, and finishing of custom plastic products. We provide complete project management for any blow molding needs.

Using state of the art robotic trim and finishing technology, Exi-Plast delivers products that exceed our customer’s expectations. In addition to our custom molded work, Exi-Plast develops and manufactures a variety of proprietary branded products that are sold by distributors and retailers throughout North America.

The Position: We are looking to fill positions for Production workers / Machine Operators NIGHT SHIFT at our plastic blow molding facility in Centralia, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor automated production system
- Perform post-production processes (trimming, packing, assembly, etc.)
- Troubleshoot machine alarms and work to achieve efficiencies daily
- Monitor quality of finished product using the tools and training provided
- Work closely with team to fulfill customer orders
- Work in a safe manner at all times and maintain a safe work area
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Maintain positive work environment by motivating co-workers
- Prepare production to hand off seamlessly to other shifts

**Requirements**:

- Experience in blow and injection moulding an asset
- Ability to lift 20 - 30 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to multi-task daily
- An eagerness to solve problems
- Self-motivated, driven personality
- Attention to detail - data collection
- Eagerness to grow and learn

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- DAY SHIFT - 7am - 3:15pm
- AFTERNOON SHIFT - 3pm - 11:15pm
- NIGHT SHIFT - 11pm-7:15am
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Blow Mold or Injection Mold Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
- Machine operator
- Production Experience
